Sheepwash, Hillhouses Lane, Wingerworth
Monument record MDR9081
A stone-built sheep wash on Tricket Brook, with two ponds and an inclined walkway out of the brook. There are sluice gates in the bridge, although the sluice gates are missing. This is a well preserved example, built post-1843 and pre-1864. (1)
