DCC Grab a Cab Scheme
DCC are currently running a new scheme offering free transport to a variety of routine health appointments. The Grab a Cab project is running until 31 March 2023.
The free transport offer will cover the following prearranged health appointments:
-COVID-19, flu, shingles, PPV (Pneumococcal) and other NHS provided vaccinations
-abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) screening
-cervical cancer screening

Donation to Tupton Food Bank
Cllrs Nelms and Knyhynyckyj, along with Mrs Hollins joined Sylvia, Joyce and the other volunteers at Tupton Food Bank yesterday to hand over a cheque for £561.00 from the Parish Council.
There was also a special visitor in attendance handing out presents to everyone.
